Doug Fast
Since 2003, Doug Fast has completed more than 7,500 home inspections throughout the Denver metro area. Known for his integrity and honesty, Doug brings thoroughness and clarity to every inspection. He takes pride in not only identifying potential concerns but also providing practical maintenance advice and guidance on operating a home’s systems. His goal is to help buyers, sellers, and homeowners feel confident by explaining findings in a clear, straightforward way and taking the time to answer every question.
“As a home inspector, my job isn’t just to uncover issues. It’s to educate clients about their new home, highlight its positive attributes, and explain what these mean for them as homeowners,” says Doug. Doug is a Certified Master Inspector through InterNACHI.
Office Manager/Co-Owner
Gina Fast
Since 2011, Gina Fast has been an integral part of running and growing Quality Building Inspections alongside Doug. As Office Manager and Co-Owner, she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, scheduling, and client communications to ensure every inspection experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and friendly approach, Gina is dedicated to providing clear, responsive communication while helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the inspection process. Her commitment to outstanding customer service has played a key role in building QBI’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and personalized care.
Professional Home Inspector
Bronson Reyna
Bronson Reyna brings a unique combination of construction, real estate, and inspection experience to every home inspection. Before becoming a home inspector, he worked in residential property management and leasing while also helping manage his family’s construction business, giving him valuable hands-on knowledge of homes from the ground up. Over the past six years, Bronson has built a strong reputation for thorough, detail-oriented inspections and exceptional customer service. He is a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI, has successfully passed the National Home Inspector Exam, and is certified to perform both home and sewer inspections. Outside of work, Bronson enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, fly fishing, and exploring Colorado’s mountains.

Jason Reed
Jason Reed brings extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and home renovation to every inspection. Having completed numerous home renovation projects over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and improved. In addition, Jason spent more than 24 years as an aircraft inspector, where precision, attention to detail, and adherence to the highest quality standards were essential. Today, he combines that unique background with a commitment to honest communication, exceptional customer service, and thorough inspections. Jason takes pride in helping clients better understand their homes so they can make confident, informed decisions.

Teagan Fast
Teagan Fast leads QBI’s marketing strategy with a focus on educating homeowners and building lasting relationships with real estate professionals. She oversees the company’s website, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives, helping ensure QBI’s expertise reaches clients long before inspection day. Before joining QBI, Teagan spent more than 10 years in B2B marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing, creating educational content and marketing campaigns for technology companies. She brings a passion for clear communication, thoughtful storytelling, and helping people understand complex topics in an approachable way. Her goal is to strengthen QBI’s trusted reputation while providing valuable resources for homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents.
